WHAT:This is clear adhesive film that comes on a roll. It's just the right thickness to work with well. When it arrives, I find ways to lay it flat , for example with books placed on it, for a few days to straighten it out. It adheres well, but is not so overly super sticky that it causes problems when I put it up. The finish is shiny, which is fine on my very old cracking plaster walls. I don't care that the cracks show through, I just don't want the plaster to start falling off in chunks.HOW:*** I do NOT NOT NOT remove all the adhesive backing paper before I begin. I don't want the whole thing folding back on itself and sticking together before I can put it up, which would be a disaster. Plus, there's no need to. I cut my strips a little longer than the correct size with scissors. Then, I line it up and pull back the backing paper underneath and press on about 1 inch of it, smooth it out, then proceed about 5 inches further at the top to get it going. I press that section smooth with my fingers / hand and then continue rolling the backing paper down on the underside as I put up the next 5 or 10 inches, then the next, etc. When I get to the bottom, I cut the excess off with a utility knife. It's very easy.

Just as described, I was confused how to use it at first. Till I realized if was sorta like a tape. Peal it, then place it in whatever you want. Which is what I did with my art. Honestly extremely useful, the peeling off is easy and it’s a good amount of thickness. The stickiness is good, I haven’t tried checking out if it’s a waterproof yet. But so far my pieces have been lasting me a while so Durability is a 10/10Now negative stuff? The shipping was good, the packaging? Not so well. They were covered by plain brown paper and just tossed inside some box with open space. I had some glass containers inside, so I was lucky they didn’t break. But please provide better packaging or small boxes.

The rolls from VViVid are always too tightly rolled. They have a memory that makes them difficult to lay flat on the cricut mats. I prefer to order sheets but only order rolls when sheets are out of stock.Vinyl is great, supplier needs to not roll them so tightly for shipment
