All I have to say is YUMMMM. That and this does taste a lot like real lemonade. I wouldn’t say it’s overly sweet, but I usually add more water than the recommended amount. I really like that this has vitamin C, and prebiotics, as well as electrolytes. Great for the Dysautonomia crew!

I absolutely love them. They’re delicious. Lemonade is the best flavour that I found so far but I highly recommend if you do not really like the taste of just normal water just note it’s not safe to take every day.
