Had nog een 2230 SSD over na vervanging van Steam Deck SSD. Past perfect, werkt toch wat sneller dan een USB stickje.Mooi compact, handig voor bij je handhelds.

Perfect and recommended.

Functionally fine, just a couple things to note.- the lid slides off to access the internals, there is no lock or clip to keep it shut.- they supply two heat transfer pads, you need to use both, as there is a big gap between the SSD and the heatsink, which is in the lid. The instructions don't mention this. Seems kinda janky, but the heatsink got up to 52'C when in use, so it's obviously working!

Provato collegato ad una porta USB 3 con un Kingdata 256 MB ( e il risultato e' discreto. Il benchmark da' ~46 MB/s sia in lettura che in scrittura. Nel trasferimento di file quando e' formattato ext4 ho visto ~72 MB/s. Formattato VFAT trovo un valore simile al benchmark ~42 MB/s.Nel complesso e' molto meglio di una chiavetta USB e il trasferimento e' fluido e continuo. Con le chiavette invece ogni tanto si ferma per dar modo alla chiavetta di svuotare il buffer di scrittura.Dato l'ingombro simile ad una chiavetta, lo consiglio vivamente.

Está excelente se lo conecte a mi iPhone XV pro para grabar en ProRes peeero el cable que venía no sé si estaba defectuoso o que le pasó pero nomás nunca sirvió, use otro que tenía (un Thunderbolt) y jala bien solo ese es mi detalle de ahí en fuera va bien espero no regresar a dejar mal comentario, ojo no lo regresé porque me urgía para grabar en un viaje que me fui

I trust Orico and buy many of their other products. They are also responsive if you ever need to contact them through Amazon seller channels.As a PC tech, I often get orphaned 2230 NVMe drives and they are about impossible to move to other boards that cannot mount them. I then took one of those drives, wiped it and made it into a portable backup. It is NOT a travel backup, but what I use to sync my images collection on an image server that sits on my desk.
