Should have read the other reviews first :(.It’s not the usual Japanese matcha you expect it to be, maybe a mix of low-quality/stale green tea. It doesn’t smell or taste like anything, just bitter without any depth of flavor. You can’t even use it for cooking.

Great quality, organic and affordable makes this my favourite matcha.

Questo tè verde in polvere ha un sapore unico e una qualità che si fa subito notare.La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sua vibrante tonalità verde brillante, segno della freschezza e della qualità delle foglie di tè utilizzate. Prepararlo è un vero rituale: basta mescolare la polvere con acqua calda e, con l'aiuto di un frullino di bambù, si ottiene una bevanda schiumosa e profumata. È un momento di relax che mi piace dedicare a me stesso ogni giorno.Il sapore è ricco e leggermente dolce, con una nota erbacea che è davvero piacevole. Non è amaro come alcuni tè verdi, il che lo rende perfetto anche per chi è nuovo al matcha. Inoltre, ho notato che il tè matcha biologico ha un effetto energizzante e stimolante, senza il tipico "crollo" che si può avere con il caffè. È un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata o per una pausa pomeridiana!Un altro aspetto che apprezzo molto è che essendo biologico, posso essere certo di bere un prodotto privo di pesticidi e sostanze chimiche. At first glance, upon opening the package, the product appears to be of decent quality — it has a bright green color and does not look oxidized. However, the aroma isn’t that of pure matcha; it’s weak and carries a hint reminiscent of seasoning or herbs.When sifting the powder, it doesn’t seem to be very fine. It passes through the sifter easily, and there’s no residue left behind on the mesh — something that typically occurs with high-quality matcha due to its ultra-fine texture, which usually coats the sifter with a vibrant green dust.Additionally, after sifting, you can notice small fibrous particles, as shown in the photo.Once hot water at 70°C is added, the bright green shifts to a more mossy green. It does produce a decent foam, but both the aroma and flavor fall short. The taste is bitter and quite far from what you’d expect from authentic matcha or a cerimonial grade macha.

J’avais un peu peur du goût par rapport au prix, comparé à plein d’autres marques, au final je suis très contente ! Je n’ai pas trop aimé les 2-3 premières gorgées mais en fait il est très bon. Je le recommanderai, c’est sûr et certain !À noter : je ne bois que du matcha latte donc je ne pourrais décrire le goût "réel", mais si vous voulez tester un matcha (et sans vous ruiner), foncez !
