The quality of the plugs and screws is deplorable. The rack itself seems fine at first glance.

I bought 2 units of this clothes rack system so I can make the bar longer for our walk in closet. Unfortunately the 2nd unit has a missing part which is essential in making the bar longer. I emailed the costumer service just to send me the extra part and instead the replied back and sent me a new unit without asking to return the one with the missing part. Costumer service is great, very quick to respond when there is an issue and very reliable. As for the product, it is excellent, sturdy can hold on to heavy coats without bending the bar. Looks great as well and much cheaper than buying a closet. If you have a walk in closet, I highly recommend this. Make sure to use the right wall plugs though if your wall is plaster board. Over all, excellent buy amd I am a very happy costumer.🙂
