Great Osprey pack cover. I have four Osprey backpacks. For a general sense of size, the "small" pack cover is large/loose on my Soelden 32, fits well on my Mutant 38, barely fits my Rook 50, and is very tight on my Atmos AG 65 pack when it is completely empty. The Rook and Atmos have built-in pack covers so I'm just using these as examples for size/fit.Nice material, has some reflective stencils on it, and an adjustable elastic cinch string for tightening around your pack. It has one small drain hole that is positioned a bit high. Comes with its own stuff sack.

Pros:- Fits perfectly over my Osprey day pack, 24 liters.- The orange-red is bright enough to be visible, without being neon (which drives me nuts)Cons:- Is a bit heavier than similar products- Material is quite stiffOverall:Feels like a sturdy product, but a bit too heavy for my taste. I'd rather use a pack liner at a fraction of the weight.
