OTC 's 6112 is een T60 Torx Bit Socket met een 1/2" vierkante aandrijving. Deze bit-socket is ontworpen voor gebruik met standaard Torx-bevestigingsmiddelen, maar is ook compatibel met Torx PLUS bevestigingsmiddelen. Speciale bevestigingsmiddelen uit de Torx-familie worden in veel aspecten van assemblages gebruikt. This is the one you need for a Jeep Cherokee 4.0L oil filter adapter. It comes apart easily enough. Close up the vice enough to touch the side of the hex, but not squeeze it. Put it in bit down and square hole up. Whack it out with a big hammer and drift. The socket part is 1.5" long and the bit is 1 7/16" long. It takes one friend so you have 3 arms on 3 box end wrenches. I used thick plastic conduit for a cheater bar on one wrench (smoosh it in the vice and drop the open end into it). You might could put shorter cheater bars on the other wrenches.

I am a BMW technician and use this socket probably once every couple days to do belt tensioners. Never had any issues with rounding or length

Socket came as shown, it's fused together from what I can tell but not all 1 piece molding. I paired it up with a breaker bar and glad I had the big 25" one because the bolts were frozen on the car. The socket got in there, hung in the nut head well and I was able to get all caliper bolts off without any surprises or breakdown/stripping or twisting of the torx section of the socket. I'd highly suggest this socket if you are in the market for one.
