The long strap doesn’t have hooks that you can just take off so everytime I leave my car and take my delivery bag the long strap gets stuck on the hand break it is so annoying so I’ve cut it off. The bag itself is okay, it does slightly sag when heavy food items inside.

The bags originally felt like a real good quality insulated delivery bag.It does a good job at keeping food hot but the zips on the bag are very temperamental.I purchased 2 of these bags as I use them daily and both zips came off due to the teeth breaking.I would not expect this from a “premium” delivery bag and would not recommend.
