The OX Bolt Cutter pro series heavy duty bolt cutter is an excellent product. It’s very well made and extremely smooth mechanism and cuts through barbed wire and padlocks like butter. This is 450mm/18-inch size which I find to be a very versatile and convenient size for most everyday use. It weighs 1.45 kilograms so it’s not to heavy but still strong for it’s size. It comes in a nice blue finish and has robust feel to it. This is a product I’m glad I purchased and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

It didn't do the job, it will not cut even a 10 mm chain without a huge amount of effort.
