No prizes for guessing why I bought these Oxford Comfy scarves (sorry, multifunctional head and neck wear). Like their more expensive Buff brethren, which are also great, they can be used as a successful face covering in these surreal times. Simply fold, insert a flat tissue or piece of kitchen paper between the layers and voila, your lovely face mask is ready. Wash regularly, but don't forget to take out the tissue!These are nice and soft and lightweight so they're eminently wearable for a reasonable period of time. The good thing about this kind of covering is that they can be collapsed down to wear around the neck as a scarf when not in use. They look cool too!If you're a glasses wearer though this kind of mask will steam your glasses as exhalation is funneled in two perfect streams, either side of your nose, up into your glasses. In the outdoors any condensation is usually minimal, inside it's rather more challenging. Any suggestions to avoid this are welcome!The geometric fabric designs are as nice as any Buff I own and the quality and dimensions seem to be about the same also. They wash well too.Obviously, in normal times, these are useful for a variety of purposes. I use them on my bike as a neck/face warmer and sometimes under a helmet as a thin insulation layer.Great and versatile products they are. And of course at about twelve quid, they're a third of the price of a regular Buff. Long may Oxford produce them.If this was helpful please give me a helpful vote - thanks!

Good quality althougj slightly tight, but able to ware other than a scarf and keep your neck warm on these cold days

Cheap enough, feel ok, cool patterns in colours that match lots of schemes, what’s not to like? They even wash ok. Mint.

Purchased these to replace my old ones which have stretched and are very loose around the neck. These are nice and thin soft but warm. Just like a cravat.
