As the title says, this is especially useful for cookware with sensitives coatings. While it is or appears to be dishwasher safe, I do not recommend cleaning it in the dishwasher as, despite it being made of silicone, it picks up the smell from the dishwashing detergent which may interfere with the flavours of some dishes. However, that's a small concession for excellence.

I was hoping the side pouring thing would help me be less messy. (It did! Like a lot!) I was giving it a bit of side eye because of the shape. Even after seeing it in person, I didn't expect it to have the capacity it does. It was undeserved side eye. I love it.

Good quality item. Very useful. A good deep ladle. Flexes will to get all the way down the bottom of the pot, yet stiff and strong as well. Fast delivery.
