I totally dislike this product because it's basically a knife, the edge is very, very sharp, as sharp as a butcher's knife. When I work with dough, pasta... I really don't need a knife, (and if I would, I have already enough knife at home). I need a spatula that will not risk cutting myself.otherwise, the size, the balance/weight is pretty good.

Bought this to take dough from the dough box. Size is great, all good but, very sharp. You can't even scrape wood surfaces as it scratches them all. I am afraid it will also harm the plastic dough boxes and even shave plastic materials inside to the dough when lifting...
