I started buying these for my 17 month old as he'd outgrown the biggest size on cheap supermarket brands. They fit really well, not bulky at all. For the first 6 weeks these were great. No leaks, no accidents. But my son is 19 months old now and we are getting regular leaks, very badly. For example, I'll change him at 1pm. By 3pm he's drenched the nappy and his jeans are soaked. That's only 2 hours which seems crazy since these nappies are "upto 12 hours dryness". The fit is perfect, the size 8 would be too big, I'm sure. He is a big boy - 45lbs and over 3' tall. Maybe his bladder is bigger since he's so big. It seems slightly early to potty train but it might be our only option..I may try the size 8 just to see if it makes a difference.I won't knock stars off for this though.

These are far superior to normal 'tab' fixed nappies, they move with your baby. Used these for training on 1st baby but now on second and use for general. These do not leak and will last all night, they hold an amazing amount of liquid - quite impressive really, sometimes its quite unbelievable how much the thing can weigh when full!
