About 2 years ago I converted all of our lace up shoes to elastic cord and cord locks. We have outdoor shoes we use for working in the yard and garden and we spent a lot of time tying and untying shoes. It's great. No floppy laces to step on and often you can just slip the shoes on without unlocking the cord lock.Mostly I've used barrel locks, but I decided to try these for a flatter alternative. I really like the look of them and they work just as well as the barrel locks. I'll buy more as I bring others into the freedom of elastic laces.
