product as pictured, fast delivery, average build-quality, but one massive disadvantage, the cone is too lightweight, a small breeze will blow it away. this traffic cone is not build to withstand outdoor of emergency conditions. Professional variants will be weighted with a rubber foot of approx. 5kg... (and don't necessarily cost much more...)So if you think of buying traffic cones for roadside emergency use or outdoor use, better not to buy these...
