Het pakket was erg uitgebreid en heeft veel mogelijkheden. De snelste installatie van de camera is mogelijk op een vlak metalen oppervlak. Voordeel van de afneembaarheid is dat de batterij gemakkelijk kan worden opgeladen. Of dat dezelfde camera naar keuze wisselend aan een auto of aan een aanhanger kan worden bevestigd. De gebruiksmogelijkheden zijn erg veelzijdig. Verplaatsbaar gebruik op een werkvoertuig in de landbouw of in de industrie of op een schip is ook heel goed mogelijk. Bij niet-metalen oppervlakken kan de camera ook met schroeven of bouten worden bevestigd. De camera past zich snel en goed aan aan de lichtomstandigheden. Er zit ook nog een aanrijdingsensor met SD-kaart in. De monitor kan ook op diverse manieren worden bevestigd en heeft veel instelmogelijkheden voor twee camera's. Hierdoor kan een camera zelfs nog ondersteboven worden bevestigd als dat nodig zou zijn. Alle instellingen gaan via de monitor met een gebruiksvriendelijk menu.

Deze leverancier besteedt altijd grote zorg aan kwaliteit, verpakking en service. Door de vele meegeleverde accessoires je en instelmogelijkheden zijn veel verschillende toepassingen mogelijk. Bijvoorbeeld om gemakkelijk en goed naar een schietdoel te kijken op 130 m afstand. Daar is het niet voor ontworpen maar het werkt prima! Minder verstoringen in het beeld dan bij een spotting scope. De monitor is geschikt voor twee camera’s. Handig voor een vrachtwagen met meerdere aanhangers, voor een auto met een caravan of landbouwvoertuigen. De monitor kan op een verstelbare voet of verstelbaar in een beugel worden geschroefd. Die bevestigingen kunnen worden geplakt of geschroefd. De magneetvoet aan de camera heeft veel kracht maar kan ook met vier schroeven worden vastgezet. Het snoer met plug voor de monitor is 3,40 m en het snoer zonder plug 2,85 m. Ruim voldoende dus. De bewering dat installatie door een doe-het-zelver in 1 minuut mogelijk is vind ik optimistisch. Het kostte mij 5 minuten. Ik heb, gelukkig, de aanrijding-sensor niet in actie gezien. Maar ik weet uit eerdere ervaring dat zoiets heel handig is en veel geld kan besparen. Alles bij elkaar genomen is dit pakket beslist niet duur. Op de foto’s ziet u de oplaadmogelijkheid en het verticale instelbereik van de camera, de leveringsomvang en de positie vlak voor een schietdoel. De monitor staat 150 meter verder.

I bought this specifically for the campervan – I didn’t want to wire in a cameral through the whole van to the existing radio screen and can’t afford to pay for that either! But this is so much simpler – totally wireless.It came well packaged from Amazon, and the inner Parkvision box was well packed with everything in good condition and everything was there as specified.It assembled easily (there weren’t any detailed instructions for putting the parts together but it was so straightforward that none were needed). There are instructions for operating the screen but again it is very straightforward.The camera clamps magnetically onto the van – very firmly, quite hard to remove it unless you lever it off. The screen fitted perfectly to the dashboard using the sticky strip, I didn’t want to drill holes. Plenty of cable to plug it in to the spare power outlet (cigarette lighter), too much cable really, but better than too little.I turned the ignition on and the screen lit up and connected to the camera straight away. Nice clear picture in full colour. There are settings to play with, but I found it was all as I wanted from the start.I went for a drive and tested some actual reversing. I had the camera and screen always on, but you can easily turn it off for driving and on very quickly for reversing. I had it positioned fairly high up on the van looking down for a close reversing view, so not really set for using as a rear-view mirror substitute. But it’s simple to adjust to find your own preference or you can add another camera. It looks like the channel button switches between camera 1 and camera 2 or both.I drove some very bumpy roads and both camera and screen stayed firmly fixed.So to sum up – this looks like an affordable reversing camera that is quick to set up (no installation) which provides a very clear view eliminating the blind spot behind my van.Highly recommended!

Très bonne visibilité, meme de nuit. Attention de le coupler avec une prise allume cigare 12v avec interrupteur, sinon la batterie de la camera se decharge trop rapidement (5 jours pour une voiture utilisée quotidiennement. Le fait d'éteindre l'écran ne suffit pas.Sinon RAS, très bon produit

I'm giving this a five-star rating for the excellence of Parkvision's customer service across their products, and for what is clearly a well-engineered, clever and good-value piece of kit.I must declare an interest in that based on my dealings with them regarding a superb rear-view bicycle camera (reviewed separately), Parkvision asked me to take a look at this this item, and reimbursed me the cost. Very generous, while rendering it difficult to give a bad review.All of which said, I have not been able to test drive this wireless camera and screen in the real world, as it's designed for a truck or a caravan, with 12-volt power for the screen (and solar for the camera with its powerful magnet). So it doesn't work for a bike, which had been my hope.I do also need to note that very similar products seem to be available on Amazon from other sellers at a lower price, though if you're looking for really good service and engagement after your purchase (especially if things go wrong), then Parkvision based as they are in Guangzhou are really, really good.I'm writing this also as someone who once lived in China for several years, when their manufacturing was nothing like as impressive as it is now.
