I’m very disappointed with this speaker. It seems either used or defective because the shock-absorbing pad underneath was missing. The battery lasted only 4 hours at maximum volume, which is way less than expected. It also lags frequently and sometimes disconnects from my phone for no reason.I bought this as a gift, and it was really embarrassing because of all these issues. I expect the seller to take responsibility and offer a solution to compensate for this disappointment.I do not recommend this product at all.
