Very authentic. In the U.K majority of Asian people use Pataks products.

Have ordered this paste several times. Good taste

I had been able to buy Patak's blends but my Indian store no longer carries them. They go a long way but I love adding this to a dish at the end so it is "seasoned to taste". Great stuff!

I really like the first jar that I ordered. I ordered a second jar and the wrong one was sent. The product is not eligible for return.
