The sensor is accurate, the strip long enough to wrap around the top half of a standard door making it a nice entryway lighter when coming in while looking for proper light switch.I am guessing this is meant for cabinet lightning or similar scenarios. The USB-A power cable though is quite short and makes for an awkward power delivery situation overall as you need to provide the power your self. Not the easiest without an extension etc.
