Works great for wine. It is not a crusher - we still use a crusher to get everything into the fermenting bucket at the start, but when it is time to strain out everything to start racking in the carboy, this works well. It is smaller than most, so you have to do the work in several rounds, but that means it is easy to clean and store. Make sure you get good cheesecloth bags, put them into the press, fill it up from fermenting bucket using large scoop, fold top flaps of bag over, and then press down on it. We never went too far with the pressing, I assume the bag would burst if you overdid it, we just went till the resistance seemed to be reasonable and most of the juice was out, leaving just damp pulp behind.

L’appareil est assez gros donc impeccable finition correct a l’air de très bonne qualité cela dit c’est de l’aluminium après un essai je n’ai pas trop osé forcer à cent pour cent .pour ce genre de produit il faudrai du fer ou de la fonte serait plus adapté cela dit l’appareil fait bien son travail
