Mijn kat is er helemaal weg van. Hij ligt graag bovenin. Stabiele paal die niet zoveel ruimte in beslag neemt. Toppertje!

De krabpaal is erg stevig en makkelijk te bevestigen aan het plafond. Het is hier echt een populaire plek van mijn 2 lieve beestjes. Voor kittens kan het soms lastig zijn omdat de afstand best groot is, gelukkig kunnen kittens goed klimmen wel is onze bekleding ietsjes los maar was makkelijk te maken met een nietje

Makelijk in elkaar te zetten, best wel stevig geklemd tegen het plafond. Planken zijn niet heel groot.

Ik heb één kat in huis en wilde hem wat verticale klimmogelijkheden geven. Deze kattenboom toont op de productafbeeldingen volwassen katten erop. Wat een farce. Dit onding is een iele, instabiele constructie met zwalkende platformen op een VEEL te kleine en dunne basisplaat die zelfs met bevestiging aan de muur niet veilig is voor wat voor katten dan ook, laat staan kittens. Tel daarbij op dat het bij de minste of geringste beweging een luid en diep gloing-gloing geluid maakt vanuit onderdeel G waarin een springveer zit voor de plafond-stok. Mijn kat keek ernaar en besloot enige tijd onder het bed door te brengen in de slaapkamer tot ik hem geretourneerd had.

Bought it a while back, had to saw couple of centimeters off a part of the top plastic pipe since my ceiling was a little too low, after that it was great! It sits firmly between the floor and ceiling, even without screwing it to a wall (product comes with a little hinge you can screw to a wall). My cats use it, so it seems like it works!

This cat tree looks great and I'd say is very good value, especially for the £35.99 I got it for, easy to assemble and although the platforms aren't that big most could lie on the bed section and it will add interest to any cat's indoor antics.As other users have said it is very tall and at 226cm high it would not fit in my room, so with a bit of work I cut about 12-13cm off one of the tubes with a saw, carefully trimming the carpet covering off first with a stanley knife, this revealed that the end caps with the captive nuts are just held in with staples, not glue, which was handy as I just prised them all out with a small screwdriver, relocated the cap in the end of the shortened tube and tacked it back in place with panel pins, this made it perfectly strong enough again and I now have one slightly shorter tube, 2nd from the top, which you hardly notice is different to the others. I also only needed one section of the sprung loaded top mounting and that was a little too long, it has about 12cm of travel inside the top tube against the spring so you can cut it in half and it still functions in the same way. So in short, if you are a little bit handy at DIY it's pretty easy to convert this to fit a room that is only just around 2m tall as a lot of modern UK houses are.

 

 

We only had the cat tree for a couple of days, but so far we are very satisfied and our cats love it! We put it up on our glass balcony, and it worked out great, doesn’t take up much space, but the cats get a great view. We plan to move it inside when summer is over.The tree was easy to assemble, even though we had to adjust the height of the roof sprint and saw it off (just used a bread knife). So far it feels stable without attaching it to the wall. It would have looked better with fur on both sides of the shelves, but over all it looks like the pictures and is totally worth the money.
