Le solette sono ben fatte,calzano alla precisione,sono confotevoli ma al momento non mi hanno aiutato a migliorare la mia fascite plantare.Il supporto per l'arco plantare è decisamente insufficente(peso 87 kg per 190 di altezza).A mio giudizio l'articolo non corrisponde a quanto promesso e sicuramente non vale i soldi spesi.

He is not looking forwards to his trip, and I know that I won't have to listen to his winging afterwards, so it's defiantly a win-win.

My right foot rolls over, the arch has dropped and I suffer badly with plantar fasciitis. So I ordered these arch support insoles which claim to alleviate PF and heel pain. So far, I am not disappointed! After a one and a half hour dog walk, I am in no where near as much pain as usual.These insoles offer by far the best support out of the three different types that I have tried as they are quite rigid and supportive under the arch (helping to prevent the roll) but at the same time are soft and comfortable to wear. My walking shoes are lace ups so although they make them tighter, I can relax the laces so they still fit ok.I will keep wearing these and I am hopeful that they may make a significant difference to my usual foot pain.

Semelle de très bonne qualité, mais il faut prendre une pointure inférieure car elles sont assez imposante dans les chaussures.
