I was really happy to see the quality of this stand. It’s very sturdy and made out of a heavier duty aluminum that will definitely last a while. The flexible gooseneck mount that goes on there is a nice touch to give you more options when shooting photos or video. The clamp for your phone also uses a thumb screw method to hold your phone instead of a spring loaded clamp. I love the thumb screw option as I feel that it doesn’t put to much pressure on your phone and is easier to load your phone into. With the spring loaded ones I’m always afraid my phone will flip out. I have an IPhone 15 pro and it fit my phone with room to spare. Overall a great stand option for your phone that I highly recommend.

It's stores small but expands into a full sized tripod. It even comes with it's own black felt storage bag whos tie cord doubles as a sling handel. Again, whe n it's folded up it's small and compact. The gripper holds my phone tightly and I can adjust the strong flexible goosehead rod into any position I need so my phone can take properly aligned pictures or movies. There is an extra ball adaptor with a screw adaptor if you want to mount a camera that needs this type of connection. I was surprised that it also comes with a small keyfob type remote that they say lets you start your phone or camera taking movies or smap pictures. I have not been able to try this out yet so I can't comment on if it works or not or what equipment it works on.

I used this twice before the joint between the tripod base on the camera grip stripped, making it completely unusable. The return process is such a hassle, it’s not even worth the $17. Do not recommend purchasing this item!

Never used one of these before. Simple to set up and use, lightweight. Wish the included soft carry bag had a separate pocket for the piece that clamps on the phone. No place to put it. Kinda wish the tripod was longer and the goose neck was shorter but no big deal. I think I'll get good use from it.Update: The part the phone holder attaches to was defective. After just one use, the screw that tightens it in place no longer worked and it would just swivel all around. I contacted the seller and they sent me a revised replacement part at no charge which works correctly. Good support though I had to wait a while to receive the part.
