I bought this for a size 38 shoe and the shoe is unwearable(to tight) with this insert in it. The reason I gave it a 4 star was because I was able to fit them in a Taos boot that had been always making my feet ache. I'm still testing them out today but they already feel better then they have ever felt before. Since I wear sandals 90% of the year, it can be uncomfortable to wear closed shoes for any length of time. The shoes I was trying to put them in was a woman's size 38, laced, leather shoe. Just beware about fit when you order these.

These insoles are a life saver. I was told I had metatarsalgia and I was upset because I didn't want orthopedic looking shoes to fix the problem. I just pop these in any shoe I have with a removable insole and I'm good to go! I got a half size down and I didn't have to cut them at all. Another reviewer suggested that.

Love these orthotics. Together with more open lacing of my hiking boots has allowed me to go 4 hours before my Morton's Neuroma kicks in. And I've tried everything else including about 4 pairs of hiking boots. Used to get to an hour and I felt like I was stepping on a knife. Thanks Pedag!

2015 Mistress Susan Secret Stuff Awards Winner for Best Orthotics. I love all the orthotics by Pedag. These are no different. I use these in my boots. I have plantar fasciitis, and these orthotics relieve the pain I have associated with the condition.
