First time using this product. Put them in a pair of Pikalinos flats, that have zero arch support, but are my favorite shoes. Before, I could wear the shoes for two hours tops before my feet were screaming in pain. Put in these inserts, and now am wearing the same shoes all day long, feet are cool, comfy and totally pain free. Magic!! Love these inserts. Like getting a tiny foot massage with every step. Am getting more for the rest of my shoes and sandals.UPDATE: Ordered 2 more pairs. First order was perfect, no bad smell. These next 2 pairs had a horrible chemical smell. Makes me really wonder what chemical my feet are absorbing from these things. Will try washing them to see if that helps. If not, unfortunately they will go in the trash and my money is wasted. But better that than polluting my body with who knows what's on these things.

These are very comfortable and lightweight. I can wear them in most shoes. I like the material that they are made from.Thankyou

These are made of natural fibers and don't make your feet sweat like most of the the ones you get in a drugstore do. They provide great support and are comfortable.

Less than moderate support, but definitely fit nicely into lighter summer shoes.

Good arch support for all types of shoes.
