Easy to install, does it's job.You just peel a sticker and you're good to go. Simplest thing I've ever installed in the house.

Easy to apply and does the job. It slides easily and quietly but you do need to work it in bit before.

Enclosed in my review are 5 pictures of the peephole cover on my apartment door. I got the red bronze color and it is really attractive. I was relieved to see that the cover was smaller than anticipated and therefore not intrusive on the door. The cover did not come with directions but it was very easy to figure out even for this 72-year-old woman.Before I put the cover on my door I opened and closed the cover door about 7 times to loosen it up a bit, as it seemed a bit tight at first. This helped. One side of the adhesive affixes to the back of the cover and the other side affixes to your door. You just peel off the backing from the sticky side and attach it to the cover and then peel off the backing from the other side and attach it to your door. The adhesive seems like it will hold very well, but the company does give you an extra adhesive piece. This is really great as there is no drilling required, which many apartments won’t allow.I love this cover. The door opens smoothly and it performs well. It is an excellent value for the money. Now I can hide out and play possum in my apartment without anyone knowing I’m home because all of the apartment light is blocked out.
