I purchase this case to take a fairly large amount of equipment across Europe, having found that the standard Peli cases just weighed too much and quite quickly took me over luggage allowances with very little inside. The Peli Air Case saves something like 40% weight compared to the original and claims to have the same strength.Item arrived next day (thanks Prime!), and has been an absolute life-saver. It's super easy to use, has 5 secure clamps around the exterior with two lock holes to further secure the case. The TrekPak is brilliant - It saves a load of space and provides excellent protection. The ability to cut the boards means that I can design the layout of the case quickly and provides further protection for lenses etc.Overall, excellent product. A little on the expensive side, but when you carry around equipment that you really don't want to get damaged, this definitely should be considered. A few scratches after a number of trips, but it's survived more than the Manfrotto case I had previously - and looks like it'll last for some time.

Bloody superb. It really is much lighter, its much smaller than you think but still fits in so much gear. The foam is excellent too, really, really customisable. Gives such a secure feeling to all equipment. For example my Atomos Shogun recorder slots in like an envelope into a gap I created and it just wont move! Its perfect.I unfortunately used up alot of space putting a tripod in, but I can still fit in all required equipment in a very secure way. It feels like a suitcase when dragging but so much better and I know even the worst ground handlers will be unable to damage the contents inside. Im confident even dropping it from 2 stories wouldn't damage it, or the gear in side! Its marvelous
