I will pretty much write an exact copy of the other bad reviews here because they aren’t wrong! You think you are buying something useful. You aren’t. First epic fail on my part was to put water inside and then move it to where I wanted it. I don’t really want to talk about this because I feel a bit thick for doing it. The cylinder part is by no way attached to anything at all, in this case, the base. The lid not being attatched is fine! But the bottom!?!?! So after my epic fail and water going on a few electrical items I pulled myself together and tried again. Put some water in again and made sure I didn’t move it! So yeah it leaks. It leaks like a mofo. The more water the worse, obviously. We all did science at school. Please don’t buy this. It’s badly, badly made. I guess the unatttatched bottom is to make cleaning it easier but you could clean it no problem with the bottom permanently attached. So yeah, I’m sending this back. WABLOS!

The cup is a plastic cylinder that is not sealed to the silicone pieces and it will not hold water. I filled it with water & tried to lift it and it came off the base and spilled everywhere. To make it useable you’d have to deal it somehow, but then it would be really difficult to clean. Pointless.

3rd one of these. Still fantastic

I have had this fall apart when trying to move it. If I placed it on a plate and lifted it by the plate that would have solved the problem, but instead I ordered Silicone glue so I can glue the base to the cylindrical container. I hope that will be secure enough to have a nearly full pot and not have it spill the bottom ALL OVER MY TABLE.Once it's fixed, it will be a very useful and welcome part of my hobby setup. But the silly part is, the TOP actually secures more tightly to the cylinder than the BOTTOM. A little more material on the bottom part might have solved the problem.

This thing is useless. It comes in 3 pieces which dont really form a decent seal and the weight of the water makes the silicone bottom just fall off and the water goes everywhere. The quality is rubbish, its a complete waste of money. Just buy some Paint Pucks for the bottom of your pot
