La bandeja es de excelente calidad y se ha utilizado para cocinar cualquier tipo de masas en horno convencional y de leña con gran resultado al ser de aluminio.

It was priced more reasonably than all the other aluminium pans, and I needed one to roast veggies on, a la youtuber Chlebowski, and its totally sufficient in this respect.The biggest downside are the inside corners, of this folded Al piece. They arent rounded which means more difficulty in getting them clean. But I dont clean this that way after every cook, since I dont make such recipes every time.
