Bought these after they were mentioned in Maisie's podcast, having first read Period Power over 2 years ago and been cycle tracking since. I think it's best to be comfortable with the content before using these cards but I'm finding they support my tracking and I enjoy the self care tips and beautiful artwork, recommend
