I’m giving this product a 5 star review because it is superb and works wonderfully on my little ShihTzus.HOWEVER, the shipping method used is very faulty!! Nobody will take the time or effort to tape the lid or wrap the bottle in a plastic bag. It comes to us tossed inside a huge box among our monthly Amazon Subscribe&Save items.Our first try for this product came with many damaged items and a 1/3 bottle of the product and a soaked box. They actually wanted me to send back the remainder of the product!!Tried again. Received bottle with just loose lid.This shipment; small amount soaked on the inside of shipping container, lid just loose!!WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE??????The product itself, works great on My Little Guys!! Smells great! Coats seem wonderful!Using the shampoo and conditioner too.
