This product really change our life and our cat's life.Really easy to use and you don't have to worry about your cat is without food White you are away.

It stopped working exactly after one year. The device reported malfunction error. The customer service said it is a RTC chip problem which can't be solved.

It worked as advertised for a year, now it keeps disconnection and stopping functionality, have to buy a better alternative..

La nostra famiglia si è da poco allargata grazie ad un cucciolo stupendo! Ci siamo subito adoperati per trovare una soluzione per l’erogazione del cibo anche a distanza durante l’orario di scuola/lavoro. Dopo qualche ricerca abbiamo optato per PETKIT e devo dire che non siamo rimasti delusi, tutt’altro!Il prodotto può essere collegato alla presa corrente oppure solo con batterie. L’utilizzo tramite app è molto semplice ed intuitivo. Inoltre, in aggiunta c’è la possibilità di erogazione manuale.Se proprio devo trovare un difetto segnalerei che i quantitativi erogabili sono solo i multipli di 10, infatti l’erogazione parte da 10gr fino ad arrivare a 50gr, ma non è possibile ad esempio programmare 15,25,35 gr.Per il resto super TOP di gamma, silenzioso e facile da pulire.

Ottimo! Programmazione intuitiva e friendly.Info utili:Vi servirà il wifi per collegarlo e programmarlo.Funziona se collegato alla corrente elettrica s filo. Dovrebbe avere anche delle batterie, ma io non le uso.Funziona anche se il wifi è down (tipo guasto linea), nn potete accedere alla programmazione della app, ma il dispositivo va ugualmente secondo programma.Ha anche un tasto erogatore manuale.Ha un sacchetto anti umidità che va acquistato periodicamente

It has a simple and nice design. Easy to installSo far my cat hasn't been able to open it (he was able to get food out of our last dispenser).I do wish there was a possibility to have an even smaller portion size so we could do more small meals but it works ok.
