This is a great feeder that works well. Things I noticed from the one I bought here on amazon:* It is the _latest_ version as in:* it has the smaller collar instead of the huge one I initially thought* It has the improved door that some people mentioned online other cats can get throughPROS:* The door collar works very well! It haven't failed on opening once.* This feeder overall feels like great quality and construction.* The food container is big enough for many days* The setup and assembly is very easy.* The app works very well. please devs don't make it bad.CONS:* Clearly there's no "thief" protection if other cat gets on position as soon as the authorized cat leaves. if your cat is smart like that this might not work for you.* You measure food in "cups" and let you to figure out how much is a fraction of a cup in grams.* Food delivery is not consistent: dispensing a cup will dispense a 10% or more variation of food. if your cat is in a diet, this might not work for you.

I have 2 of these for my two 3 year old brothers. One of them is more food obsessed then the other and after long consideration I came accross this one. After installing I was dissapointed that my food obsessed one could open 1 of the machines, but as it turned out was that I forgot a little step to put the lid on closed where you put the lid in (so it cannot just be extracted), after fixing this, he was no longer able to enter the machine without a tag.Downsides:- portions are regulated per 10g, where I would have loved to get a smaller options as well.- It cannot use the chip of the cat itself (but my cats are now used to their collar with the tag)- The collars included don't seem to have a "fast break" function. If your cat get stuck behind something it doesn't seem to open up directly, so it could kill your cat. We use a cat friendly collar, so it breaks open when the cat gets stuck.upsides:- It does what it says- The tags are not extremely large, but could be smaller- After learning the cats how to use it, its easy for them to use- the app is nice- Easy to install

The feeder seems quite nice, have used it for just a couple of days and mostly does what it says, with a fairly good build quality.One of the disappointing aspects is that the 10g portion size is actually 15g after I verified it.On the app side I would've liked to be able to create a more complex schedule and not need to add 4-5x individual schedules (one per each desired meal).Would have also liked to be able to have smaller fractions for portions not just multiples of 10g (which are actually 15g).Considering the price, it doesn't make sense why it wouldn't have an actual scale inside it for more accurate portioning and make available any kind of meal size.Having this in mind, I'm on the fence if i should in fact give 3 stars... so even if I'm rating it with 4/5, it would be more of a 3.5/5 :P

Funciona muy bien. Es la solución para que cada gato tenga su comida/dieta. La app está muy bien y tiene funciones útiles para programación, control de velocidad de la tapa etc.

Il software per la gestione dei pasti funziona molto bene. Ma purtroppo poco utile quando la macchina non è all’altezza. La ciotola per il cibo è troppo piatta, appena un paio di centimetri e l’erogazione del cibo avviene poco più in alto, quindi se s’impostano più di una porzione per pasto già la macchina s’inceppa. Questo è un grande limite. La ciotola dovrebbe essere più profonda e concava, perché invece essendo piatta, il cibo si ammassa sotto l’erogatore. Questo fa sì che se l’animale non va a liberare quello spazio prima del prossimo pasto, la macchina inevitabilmente s’inceppa. Naturalmente finché mi trovo a casa non è un gran problema, sposto i croccantini, oppure fermo l’erogazione del pasto successivo. Ma lavorando e mancando da casa questo non va bene. Per il resto la macchina funziona bene. Altro limite a mio avviso è che non funziona con il microcip dell’animale, quindi l’animale deve avere continuamente il ciondolo al collo. Devo aggiungere anche che la ciotola non è adatta ad animali più grandi di 6 kg. Il mio gatto pesa 4 e già va scomodo, perché il coperchio che protegge la ciotola non si apre del tutto (anche questo sarebbe da migliorare). Diciamo che per quello che costa potrebbe funzionare molto meglio.

J'ai commandé ces gamelles car j'ai trois chats, dont deux sous alimentations spécialisées. J'avais depuis plusieurs années des distributeurs de croquettes automatiques, j'ai hésité avec un autre distributeur rfid de la marque concurrente mais je ne me voyais pas me passer d'un réservoir à croquettes. En effet, cette caractéristique est très pratique lorsque l'on s'absente de son domicile ! J'étais septique à l'achat au vu des avis, mais je ne regrette pas du tout.Les plus : ✅- beau design élégant- réservoir de croquette- appareils connectés avec notifications en cas de problème- écran qui permet d'afficher des messages (ex prénoms des chats)- évite les vols de nourriture- bonne qualité du produit- fonctionne sur secteur et/ou piles en cas de coupure d'électricité ( bien que la marque conseille de les utiliser branchés)- bol en inox, plus hygiénique et facile à nettoyer- se démonte facilement- la personnalisation complète du produit ( vitesse de la trappe, nombres de portions en gramme, distribution de croquettes à distance...)Les moins ❌- le prix ( mais n'ayant qu'un seul concurrent, ils peuvent se le permettre)- ne lit pas la carte des animaux pucés, nécessitant donc l'utilisation du collier fournis ( j'étais inquiète sur ce point mais mes chats l'ont très vite adopté + système anti étranglement)- l'impossibilité d'utiliser une gamelle pour plusieurs chats.Malgré ces petits défauts, je recommande absolument l'achat de ce distributeur, bien qu'il s'agisse d'un investissement conséquent.EDIT: après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, mon avis reste le même. Cependant, les colliers fournis sont catastrophiques pour le prix. Ils sont de très mauvaise qualité et si vous avez un chat à la peau sensible, je ne conseille pas. J'ai acheté trois nouveaux colliers en coton, plus agréables et plus résistants.
