Who knew you could have roasting pan envy? My daughter got one of these as a gift and I loved it so much, I had to buy one myself. The deep glowing blue of the ceramic dish is simply gorgeous and is great for anything that you want to roast, as well as doing things like macaroni cheese. Weird to say, but this piece of kitchen kit gives me a little burst of happiness each time I use it.

Nice depth to the dish, good and really easy to clean finish.
