This product is not what Amazon states it is. These are not pyramid bags but normal ones, which are not as good. I am not going to order this with Amazon again. Also the PG tips package was slightly damaged.I am very unhappy!

Ik bestelde dit artikel omdat ik de oude blend van PGtips wilde. De omschrijving klopt niet: dit is de nieuwe blend met de inferieure smaak.

Do not buy these tea bags are old and not good quality we brought 3 boxes and all bags are broken and damaged and when we complain they say not their problem very bad customer service not like amazon UK who always make replacement and accept when items are not correct

Ordered triangle bags but got the square bags. Same good tea so not a big deal.

Was aghast when I couldn't find my favourites from PG Tips and that they'd been replaced by flat ordinary ones!!! Luckily bought 1200 of these so I can put off what looks like the inevitable...
