It is broken even before 2 years after the purchase. Such am expensive accessory which is not durable. I will try a refund and replace it with a new one.Update. I sent it repair but they did not repair it because accessory is not covered warranty

Rack is good that makes the usage of the air fryer volume efective. For example fish at the bottom, vegetables at the top but they don't touch each other so don't get softened.But the seperstor is should have been included the main pack from the start. This is nonsense. You can not use the seperstor with rack, so whatsa the point of selling this item in a non competitible product pack?I am not complaining about that I can not use them both. I am complaining about why they sell this seperstor individually? Nonsense...
