We had 2 of these baby phones from Philips. What a waste of money. We were super careful with them. Both broke due to the connection/electricity cable port (seems that part is made very poorly). Philips replaced the first one as it was still under warranty (within 2 years). However, the one they replaced it with only lasted 1.5 years and then after contacting them about it they said they only replace within the warranty of the original device. Seems like it’s only made to last 1.5 years or so. Best to go with another brand as Philips is not what it used to be. We have a similar experience with other Philips devices. Very sad.

Ho scelto l'acquisto del prodotto di seconda mano e sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso. Prodotto pari al nuovo, con ancora alcune pellicole originali. Non ho voluto acquistarlo nuovo in quanto la spesa mi sembrava troppo alta per le mie tasche. Prodotto molto valido anche in base a quanto consigliato da amici.

J'avais le modele Philips Avent Connected SCD923/26 précédemment qui offrait une bien meilleure visibilité sur les mouvements de notre bebe mais il a malheureusement été cassé. Mon enfant étant plus âgé je n'ai pas éprouvé le besoin d'avoir une video performante et je me suis laissée tentée par ce modele. Si l'écoute est parfaite et qu'il n'y a pas de bruit blanc lorsqu'il n'y a pas de sons émis comme d'autres machine, je trouve l'écran vraiment trop petit et pas net la nuit. Je ne distingue pas bien mon bebe dormir et parfois même pas bien ses mouvements.

Both color screen in the day light and infra red in the night time work well. Also the sound is quite adjustable.. Happy with the purchase, used it from delivery till now, already 5 months and had no issues with it
