doet het even goed maar verliest na verloop van tijd de verbinding, schakelt niet met hdmi, koppelen duurt een eeuwigheid kortom dure rotzooi, spijt dat ik m gekocht heb

Keeps "connecting" nothing happens. Yes it is on the same network

Na een paar uren installeren werkend gekregen met mooi resultaat maar jammer genoeg viel om de 10 minuten alles uit, heb de [dure]rommel terug ontkoppeld terug in de doos en retour gestuurd.

The Philips Hue Play HDMI combined with the Gradient Lightstrip has completely revamped my entertainment setup. Setup was a breeze, and the effects are great with vibrant colours improving the viewing experience. The integration with Spotify, where the lights sync and pulse to the rhythm of the music is also a great feature or you can just adjust colours and brightness to personalise the room like other Hue lights. The combined cost is a little pricey but I'm happy that I decided to go for it.

I've got Phillips Hue lights throughout my small apartment and especially in my lounge where I watch TV.. I love the aesthetic ambiance of light and the moods they create. They give me seemingly infinite possible lighting combinations, but sometimes it's hard to choose which colours I want.I thought I might try the Hue Synch box and see if it enhances my experience. Wow it really works. It was relatively simple to set-up and easy to control via the app.I have white walls and a foot (30cm) wide white bench under my wall mounted TV. I've attached some white plastic ducting to the front of the top of the bench and placed two overlapping Hue lightstrips to shine up onto the wall under and around the TV - this works well.I've also included several other Hue light strips and lights from around my lounge behind me into the Synch set-up.The main problem was that the Synch box needs to be between the source of the TV programs and the TV. This is not possible with a Smart TV with included apps. But I bought A Google TV Chromecast dongle (which acts like a smart TV for YouTube/Netflix and Amazon Prime etc as well as local TV apps) and I play from this dongle through the Synch.The Synch in video mode gives wonderful additional ambiance for TV shows. I usually use it on the most steady setting. Synch also has a Music mode which I most luse on its high variability setting. I enjoy the additional party energy of Music synched lighting. Synch also has a Game mode setting but I haven't used this yet.Overall a very good addition to my Phillips Hue setup and brilliant enhancement of my home experiences.
