They work perfectly, the battery lasts a lot, they have a very good sound. Very satisfied

I had so many problems with previous bleutooth earbuds and headphones, particularly connecting to Ubuntu, that this gets 5 starts just because it works as expected ans smoothly with good battery time.

I received the headphones 2 weeks ago.The headphones glitch while listening to music, means one of them does always not work for a second. they sometimes loose connection while the phone is just in the pocket. Also charging them is a nightmare. I still haven't fund out what is the issue, but they only charge without being at the charging cable it seems. Music quality isn't good and also calling with them ain't fun as soon as there's any sound next to you.Sadly but honestly I regret spending money on them.1 star because they arrived.

tip: if the bass sounds a bit thin, swap the silicone eartips for the bigger size...it'll fix the sound! Works for all in-ear earbuds

The earbuds continuously disconnect from the devices, connection in general is very unstable. The battery doesn't last really long, plus one of the two buds seems to discharge at a different speed than the other, really annoying.

Na slechts 1,5 jaar doet 1 oortje het niet meer! Natuurlijk veel te vroeg!Geen Philips meer!

Dat je wel totaal het contact verliest, maar als je net als ik, in mijn geval ook nog 2ling, helemaal leip wordt van dat geschreeuw op tik tok Chinese app die westerse jeugd verziekt ideaal!

Ürünü 2023 kasım ayında aldım, 1-2 ay kadar sorunsuz kullandıktan sonra bir kulaklıktan sadece cızırtılı ses almaya başladım. Kısa bir süre sonra ise sağlam kulaklıktan da ses gitmeme sorunu yaşamaya başladım. Ürünün iade/değişimi için kulaklığı Philips yetkili servisine teslim ettim. 1-2 gün içerisinde değişim/iadesi uygundur şeklinde rapor geldi. Amazon'dan değişim talep ettim ve ürünü ancak 2024 temmuz ayında tekrar alabildim. Bunda da aynı sorunlarla karşılaştım ve benzer sürecin ardından ürünü iade etmek zorunda kaldım. Aldığım iki ürünün de arızalı olması tesadüf olmamalı, tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ürün 2 Eylül’de elime ulaştı, ses cızırtılı bir şekilde geliyor ses kalitesi hiç iyi değil asla appleın yanından bile geçemez. Daha 1 ay kullanmadan bozuldu. Şarjı bittiğinde şarj etmek için kablosunu taktım şarj etmedi. Şu an kullanılamıyor. Servisi aradım garanti kapsamında olduğu için götürmemi istediler bakacaklar. Fatura da gönderilmemiş faturasının da tarafıma gönderilmesini talep ediyorum garantisi için.
