Llegó muy rápido. Tamaño estupendo y un estuche muy adecuado. Fácil de manejar desde el móvil, aunque hay que conocer antes un poquito como funciona con el tuyo. No era capaz de imprimir desde el wassap, me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me atendieron en unas 10 horas interesándose por todo. Hasta ahora, una buena compra.La calidad del papel es la de cualquier papel térmico, pero es lo que se esperaba. A mí, que imprimo poco y necesito espacio, me ha venido estupendamente. Aconsejable su adquisición.Aún no probé en el ordenador ni con otros aparatos

This is SO GOOD! I had an inkjet printer but after the included ink ran out it was almost the same cost to replace the ink as to buy a whole new printer!So I decided to get a thermal printer as I only need it for printing labels and knitting patterns for my Mom.The app is really good and the printing quality is also really good!There is a great carry case included that's very sturdy and protective. It also comes with plenty of thermal paper included on rolls. I personally bought some A4 thermal printer sheets as that's the easiest way to print paper, such as knitting patterns. For labels I just use the rolls that came with it.The only thing you have to be mindful of is the fact that if you print a label and cover it with sellotape the print fades within a couple of days and can be illegible.
