This item was purchased as a need to label many items for myself and my family. It was extremely quick and easy to set up. The software for the labels installed like a dream on my phone. I am still working my way through all the different things I can do. The labels can be changed quickly and easily and seem to be very versatile. I am glad this was purchased and will upgrade to a multi size label maker when this one wears out as it is so useful. Highly recommended too.

Easy to use little printer which prints in a few seconds and has lots of design options. My only gripe is the backing paper is a little tricky to peel off. Would like the option for thicker more waterproof labels.

Sehr zufrieden mit diesen Drucker, am Anfang musste ich kurz den Kundendienst per Whats App bemühen, die sehr schnell antworten und mir eine neue Firmware zur Verfügung stellten. Danach gab es keine Probleme mehr !

This is a great tool for many uses, i just wish it came with more labels especially because they are very hard to find the right ones after purchase. I bought this for the church to use for a specific purpose initially, now it is just whenever we need it. Great to have on hand for those unpredictable times.
