Bueno, pues que se puede pedir más por lo que vale, pues nada más. Lo compré porque hasta la fecha, por menos de 100 euros no había nada que se le pareciese.Viene desmontado, claro. Con un poco de paciencia se monta a la perfección en menos de 1 hora y es plegable, cosa que ni lo sabía.El único pero que tiene, es lo que ya han comentado en una crítica anterior, que es el hecho de que parece que este hecho para personas más altas que Yo, que soy de 1,75. Y creo que tampoco, pues el aparato se queda demasiado alto aún poniendo la regulación al mínimo. Por lo que es un pequeño percance, solucionable poniendo unos topes altos para los pies.Aún así con el percance comentado, me parece un aparato estupendo y que pagando mucho más por otros aparatos, no se consigue algo mejor. En fin, compra recomendada 100% para aquellos que el trabajo lumbar tiene que ser imprescindible.

Si tratta di un ottimo articolo per allenarsi a casa. Io sono alta 1,70,sono quasi alla posizione minima quindi penso che sia adatta anche per le persone più alte. La consiglio, è stabile e si richiude facilmente , la tengo dietro una porta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non penso che a questo prezzo si possa avere di meglio.

Parfait . Difficile à trouver dans les magasins de sport donc on a sauté sur l’occasion quand on l’a trouvé sur Amazon . Est venu assez rapidement et bien emballé aucun problème niveau livraison. Super produit aucun défaut à signaler.

I looked at dozens of back extension benches, ranging from this one (one of the cheapest) to others in excess of £300. I decided to go for this one as I didn't want to spend a fortune. For the price, this feels like a solid piece of kit. The thigh pad looks more substantial on this model compared to others. While it is not manufactured perfectly, it is more than good enough for the job. In my opinion, the instructions are not as complicated as other reviewers have suggested. Provided that you sort the different size bolts etc out first, it should be straightforward; depending on your own ability to follow and understand the instructions that is!
