I love this bar - I've used an EZ bar for many years but wanted one for my home gym. The main exercise I use them for is curl - the straight bar puts too much strain on my wrists so using the EZ bar alleviates that problem. The bar itself is of high quality and the 2 inch sleeves are perfect for olympic size weights. The bar weighs 10kg (with spring collars), based on the scales I used to weigh them. The knurl of the bar is prominent ensuring a non-slip grip, although they certainly keep your calluses fresh! Close grip and wide grip are comfortable when using the bar and you can feel the tension on the biceps during curls. I also use this bar for upright rows to minimise the strain on the wrists and can say with confidence that it has improved my technique and should strength. Highly recommend this bar!

S'infilano perfettamente nel mio bilanciere olimpico della Toorx, quello da 2,20m per 20kg. Lo specifico solo per chiarezza e per utilità, a chi, come me, aveva qualche dubbio prima dell'acquisto!
