Vor einiger Zeit erhielt ich diesen Cowboy-Hut. Dieser ist nicht aus Stroh, sondern aus Kunststoff. Dieses ist aber zum Verkleiden unproblematisch. Meinem Sohn gefällt er gut und er hat noch ein verstellbares Bändchen und kann damit auch schön aufgehangen werden! TOP!

Have a bit of a cowboy/western hat collection ranging from very cheap, to quite expensive/premium.This certainly falls near the cheaper/lower end of the spectrum. A lot of these cheaper cowboy hats ship with a clear plastic piece that holds their shape so they don't get warped in shipping. This one did not include this measure, so the hat did arrive very warped. The shape isn't great if you try and flatten it out, but I found that if you go with a more aggressive curve to the brim, the hat looks much better.The coffee coloring, with the offsets/variations in coloring throughout is quite nice. Gives it more depth/character, and helps to age it a bit as well. The band seems glued in place, which is unfortunate sings it also seems that the band & buckle are a bit off center. The string is on the cheap end.I do think that aesthetically, the hat looks pretty decent for the price point. It's comfortable enough to throw on, but I've picked it up mostly for decorative purposes. I have a lot of my collection on display decoratively, and this one will be going into that collection.Likes:- The coffee color is great.- The offset in coloring throughout is a nice touch.- The band with the little metal bits adds some nice texture.- Can curl the brim, to give it a more appealing shape.Dislikes:- Very warped due to shipping.- Buckle & band off center.- The chin strap/string is of lower quality.

Ich durfte den PIDUDU Cowboy-"Strohhut" für Amazon begutachten. Die Produktbeschreibung ist leider fehlerhaft, es ist weder ein Filzhut, noch ein Strohhut. Vielmehr ist er komplett aus Polyesterfasern und imitiert Stroh. Wer also auf Naturmaterialen steht, ist falsch.Für uns war das allerdings nicht so schlimm, denn der Hut schaut wirklich klasse aus, vorausgesetzt, der Style steht einem. Sowohl ich als auch meine Tochter können ihn tragen und das heißt was - ich habe Kopfumfang 61! Der Hut ist also eher groß gehalten. Die Stabilität erhält er durch einen rundum führenden Draht, bei Auslieferung war er ziemlich zerbeult und "eckig gebogen", das hat sich aber nach etwas ausbiegen und einfach liegenlassen gelegt. Der Kordelzug ist ein Bonus, den kann man drauflassen oder auch nicht. Ob man ihn hinten trägt oder wirklich am Kinn festzieht, ist Geschmackssache. Wir haben ihn rausgeschnitten.Fazit: Eine sehr lässige Alternative zum klassischen Strohhut - vorausgesetzt man kann mit den Kunststoff-Fasern leben. Preis geht an sich OK, aber einen Stern ziehe ich ab für die verbeulte Lieferung, vor allem aber die irreführende Produktbeschreibung.
