Contrairement au VSX-330 qui tirait tout son attrait - limité - dans une connexion HDMI, l' amplificateur Pionner VSX-933 répond entièrement à mes attentes. En effet, il laisse la liberté de choisir sa connexion audio. Pour ma part, moins puissant que la connexion HDMI j' ai définitivement adopté pour l'optique ( dolby digital surround ): un son plus progressif et cristallin ! Quand à l' installation autonome, un vrai régal, jusqu'à celle du home cinéma avec le micro fourni pour les réglages... Avec sa connexion RJ 45 et HDMI, sur mon récepteur ( bien qu'en ADSL ) j'ai connecté un décodeur satellite Canalsat, une Xbox one X, un décodeur satellite Fransat et mon home cinéma en filaire avec la connexion optique entre mon récepteur et l'ampli VSX-933: le résultat est plus que concluant, un son parfait en externe et tout aussi agréable dans mon casque RS 175 digital sans fil, et faute de fibre pour la 4K, j' obtiens avec bonheur toutes les chaînes en HD.Enfin, pour celles et ceux qui voudraient réunir toutes les applications en qualité 4K sur un seul support, à savoir Netflix, YouTube, Prime Vidéo, Amazon Music, Spotify... faîtes comme moi branchez le Fire Stick TV 4K Amazon soit sur le port HDMI BD/DVD de l'ampli ou directement sur un du téléviseur !!!Parce qu'il est livré dans un conditionnement impeccable, dans un délai court, pour son prix attractif, et toutes les raisons précitées: c'est un article de qualité à recommander vivement et qui s' apprivoise rapidement pour les novices qui hésiteraient encore !En un mot foncez !!!

I bought this to replace an ageing Cambridge Audio 640 Stereo Amp in my converted garage, at the same time implementing a 7.1 speaker rig (Mordaunt Short Genie) from cold storage. As much as I love Cambridge Audio stuff, it is getting very pricey and this Pioneer has complimented my speakers very well indeed.At 17cm tall, some advance thought needs to be put into placement of this receiver. I personally have mine in a steel framed Sanus rack which is ideal for my garage conversion / decor but please note if this is going into a living room, choose your cabinet carefully. That aside it is an extremely handsome piece of tech, finished in matt black aluminium with minimalist front panel.The VSX-933 has no trouble at all with my mix of Mordaunt Short floorstanders and ceiling mounted surrounds. Solid stereo sound quality is right up there with the outgoing Cambridge Audio which is seldom the case with AV receivers. Surround sound is of course excellent, in particular dialog has very clearly separation. Multi-channel effects from action movies are experienced clearly and good fun.There isn't a great deal not to like here, having now merged with Onkyo the online support for Pioneer products is now excellent, with ongoing / regular firmware releases. The VSX-933 upscales video content to 4K if you have a compatible TV and there are comprehensive customisation options for everything from the user interface options to sound, video and connectivity. TuneIn radio and a raft of web streaming services are embedded. No DAB although Pioneer sell an adapter if you want it.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Very clear at low volumes and more than enough muscle to blow the roof off the dump. I have owned and listened to other AV receivers. The Sony STRD1080 came a very close 2nd on my purchase list, but in the flesh the sound just didn't excite me as much as the Pioneer (and it was more expensive). I have Sony TV's but just can't excited by their audio products at all.Anyway, you won't be disappointed if you take the Pioneer plunge.

Sono pienamente soddisfatto da questo prodotto, il costo può sembrare elevato ma il risultato è magnifico!Se vuoi approcciarti seriamente ai contenuti surround devi per forza approcciarti ad un dispositivo del genere, lascia perdere i kit tutto compreso a 300 euro, investi in un prodotto del genere che ti permette di aggiornare il tuo impianto nel tempo e di personalizzare al massimo la tua esperienza audiovisiva.Collega tutti i tuoi dispositivi compatibili per controllare tutto da un solo telecomando oppure sfrutta gli upscaler audio e video per goderti a pieno i vecchi formati. Puoi collegare il vecchio giradischi della nonna, la tua console preferita, il karaoke, il lettore dvd, il lettore cd e tutto quello che ha una porta hdmi oppure i connettori component.Se hai bisogno di più potenza di suono puoi attivare la modalità extended stereo per sentire il tuo audio stereo da tutti i diffusori collegati.Praticissima la funzione di auto taratura con il microfono sonda compreso, è una procedura che va fatta una tantum se modificate l'arredamento della vostra stanza.Anche se non mi interessa molto è un peccato che non sia presente l'integrazione con gli assistenti vocali e che in generale non funzioni molto bene con le 2 app dedicate.
