Il manque le mode d'emploi en français mais la télécommande reste intuitive

I looked for ages for a compatible cable release with remote trigger for my Olympus camera. I know you can use your phone but it is always a bit of a pain. I found that this model TW-283/E3 has the correct connector for the OMD EM1 Mark 2 but it is not included in the product description compatability list. However by comparing other descriptions for other makes of remotes I found that the same cameras were listed. Anyway it works fine, E3 is the important code for Olympus users. The only problem is that when using it as a 'wired remote', i.e. a direct connection, which is an useful option, the wire is very short (not a real problem as that is what a wireless option offers), but the connection is a 'jack plug' type lead which means the 'trigger unit' can slip off the lead when left dangling. This happened to mine and it fell into a lake!! Quickly retrieved and put it in a plastic bag with silica gel sachets and left it for 24 hours. Works fine now. So it is a useful piece of kit which works fine with the OMD and seems to be reliable, even when dropped into water (though not recommended!). It duplicates some of the features available in-camera but I find it much easier than using my phone. Also some remote features do not work when using the phone as a control so this is really useful. Overall I would recommend this.

Funciona bien. Las instrucciones hay que leerlas varias veces. No es tan sencillo enterarse a la primera de como funcionan todos los botones. Espero que no se me olvide cuando lo vaya a usar.Tiene de todo:- Media presión para enfoque de la cámara.- Presión completa para disparo: continuo o uno único.- Retardo variable en segundos de 1'' a 59'', con 1->99 disparos seguidos tras el retardo.- Temporización a la carta (la que hay que entener), con: tiempo de retaro, tiempo para el enfoque, tiempo de apertura obtulador para las tomas, tiempo entre repeticiones y número de ellas. En fin, lo necesario.Aunque tienen los displays luz en ambos componentes, parece tenue. Espero que sea suficiente las fotografías nocturnas.Lo he probado únicamente en casa .

Plus de possibilités que ce que je ne pensais. Fonctionne très bien mais nécessite quelques essais pour saisir les modes de fonctionnement en photos et vidéos.

Indispensable, efficace, facile à utiliser.
