  • De Polar H10 hartslagsensor gebruikt een niet-oplaadbare CR2025-batterij. De batterij gaat ongeveer 400 uur mee. Als de batterij bijna leeg is, kun je deze eenvoudig vervangen door een nieuwe CR2025-knoopcelbatterij.

  • Ja, de Polar H10 hartslagsensor kan samen met een sporthorloge worden gebruikt. De Polar H10 is compatibel met veel sporthorloges die Bluetooth en ANT+ connectiviteit ondersteunen, zoals Polar sporthorloges en horloges van andere merken.

  • Ja - met de Polar Beat app (dual Bluetooth). Je kunt de H10 met twee apparaten tegelijk gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld met compatibele fitnessapparatuur en met Polar horloges, en zo je live hartslag op beide apparaten volgen.

  • 1- Doe de sensor om.

    2- Open de Polar Flow-app.

    3- Ga naar "Training starten," tik op "Instellingen" en selecteer "Koppelen.

    4- De naam van de sensor verschijnt bij "Hartslagsensor."

    Je sporthorloge ontvangt nu gegevens van de Polar H10.

  • Maak de zender na elk gebruik los van de borstband. Maak beide onderdelen schoon met water en milde zeep en spoel ze goed af. Droog en bewaar de borstband en de zender apart om de levensduur van de batterij van de hartslagsensor te maximaliseren.

De hartslagband zit comfortabel en werkt naar behoren. Een keer koppelen met onder meer de hometrainer en mijn polar horloge is genoeg om de verbinding bij ieder volgend gebruik meteen te maken. Zeer tevreden met deze aankoop.

I wrote this review to share my initial challenges and why I also ended up returning the H10. I wanted to pair it with my Apple Ultra 2, as I have found in running and other sports with fast intervals the heart rate readings of the Apple Watch are incorrect. I had a very hard time to get the H10 to pair. What works: 1) you have to wet the strap, 2) you have to wear it! (Yes, trust me and it has to be wet!) 3) insert the sensor into the belt (this turns it on!), 4) possibly pop open the cover with the battery to reset the sensor, 5) go into the bluetooth settings of your Apple Watch, 6) scroll to health devices and select the H10. If you cannot connect, make sure the belt is wet, on your chest and you have inserted the senors. If this still does not work, unsnap the sensor (keep wearing the strap), pop out the battery and try again. Last, once you have been able to connect and want to know if the HR measured is from the strap: Go into the HR App on your Apple watch (the red circle with the heart), and it will show your current heart rate. Once you see a reading, look under your watch to confirm there is no green light flashing. Then you know it is taking the reading from the strap. You can also snap out the sensor and the heart rate reading will be frozen. After a few seconds the watch will switch to the optical detection again and you will see green flashes. I hope this helps frustrated users not to send their sensor back! Once it works, it is great!

Goede hartslagmeter, en heel makkelijk in gebruik. Werkt top voor hardlopen en (indoor) fietsen. Voor zwemmen i.c.m een Garmin horloge zou ik deze niet aanraden.

I purchased the Polar H10 heart rate monitor with high hopes, particularly due to the various claims surrounding its ECG capabilities, which were highlighted both on Amazon and Polar’s own sales pages. However, I was significantly disappointed to discover that the device does not provide high-resolution ECG monitoring as one might be led to believe. It seems incapable of delivering a detailed ECG. Data is aso not easy to export, the easiest way was to write a custom python script for this.I also came across several apps on the Google Play store claiming to render accurate ECGs using data from the Polar H10. These apps seem to be faking the detailed graph, misleading people into thinking they can accurately view their pulse.For anyone looking specifically for accurate, high-resolution ECG monitoring, this device, combined with these misleading apps, is not up to par. When not in motion myself, my phone's microphone is better at capturing the pulse than this device and the connected apps do.

na het dagelijks te gebruiken stopt hij er meteen mee en kan ik heb niet meer gebruiken alle troubble shootings geprobeert en nogsteeds verbind hij helemaal niet meer

The best when it comes to HR accuracy however 8/10 times it won't connect with the monitor and your training session will not have HR readings. After all suggested troubleshooting instructions failed to resolve the issue. I missed return deadline so it will sit nicely in the drawer....

The battery lasts a very long time. This was bought with a university course in mind. Real time heart-rate, very lightweight and with an adjustable belt to resize and tighten if needed to. The electrodes need to be wet a little bit before the item is worn for it to work properly, keep that in mind.The bluetooth works as intended and requires the use of the Polar App. the only issue is the localization function on the App which will, at least inside a gymnasium, not be very helpful when it comes to locations and distances. All in all, the center piece of this review remains the heart monitor, which does a pristine job.

I bought this over for my wife as I already have the exact same Polar. They work great and can say no problems at all hooking them up to the Concept2 rower. Great data in the app as well 👍
