トレーニングしても慣れて　しまっていてトレーニングの時間がつまらなく感じるので　負荷をかけて動いて見るのも良いと思ってました。　色も綺麗だしなんか着けやすい

I have searched a lot for great ankle-weights and these are excellent. They're also stylish! So far they've been durable and have offered comfort and functionality. Versatile for many types of workouts. I have the black ones but would really like to try the pink too!

These do the job for the standing-in-place exercises that I do. I find that I have to position them on my ankle with the fastener in front and put them over long pants to be more comfortable. They feel hard on bare ankles. I haven’t tried them on my wrists.

アンクルウェイトとして使っています。片側で470gですから、500のペットボトル1本つけてるのと同じですわな。使い始めて1週間で、特に機能的に問題ありません。ベルクロ部もちゃんと機能しています。私は勤務中はつけて、帰宅時は外すという使い方ですが、外したときに足が楽になるので、ちゃんと重量付加として働いていると思います。ただ自分は靴下のうえからつけていることもあって、徐々に下に ずり下がってきます。ウェイトの内側にどんな形でもいいからギザギザとかつけてくれるとこの症状は緩和できそうなのですが。これ、同じ商品をもうひとつ買って、脱着可能なのでウェイトを追加するということも出来そうです。３つか４つは増やせるかな？勤務中の歩行、階段昇降という程度の使い方では十分に満足しています。
