It doesn' charge

I have sensitive ears and cannot have anything covering them for very long. It leads to migraines and other thi gs not so pleasant. I have tried other headphone devices that are a hook over the ear and love the feel. However, I suffer not getting good sound and outside distraction. I moved to a voice canceling set and love the feature but could not find a headset that wasn't 100% comfortable. When not on a call I would pull off one ear and wear them sideways. After talking calls for 8 hours a day I was on sensory overload.So far these have been great! When I take a call the voice cancelation kicks in and I'm completely immersed with my customer. I had to play with the buds a little for the best position so I do not sound echoy. I know the sound from the other end would be better if I could download the app on my computer but admin has strick restrictions on that. I am using them without the app enhancements and they are well worth it! Thank you Poly

I ordered these because they were the only approved earbuds for Teams. They don’t fit, even with the smaller earbud covers, because the main part is way too bulky. These are too expensive to keep when the fit is this poor.
