broke off at the thin plastic stem and fell into the road whit my phone my phone was fine and did not get hit by a car but i would not use this product if you paid me money to do it

Snapped off 2 times, bad designDidn't do anything particularly taxing with it, just going through the city, up and down sidewalks and it broke off with my phone attached

I have an OtterBox Defender Case with built in Pop Socket so for starters, it is difficult to attach the corner straps properly. It would've been nice if it included different straps for larger cases or even for wider phones or even tablets.If that was the only issue, it would've been fine but on my 2nd ride with my phone on it, it broke right when I crossed a very standard railroad crossing... Light bumps had the plastic break and got my phone on the floor, broke my screen.This happened a few months ago but I never write reviews nor did I wanted to go through the hassle of getting reimbursed so I just let it go until just now while sceolling through my previous orders.

Overall very pleased!Easy to install and adjust.Tested on the worst cobblestones in Oslo (seriously bumpy ride), no problems.Very happy! Will get one for hubby too :)

I have been using the phone holder for my phone with a popsocket for a few weeks now. I ride several miles 3 or 4 times a week on our compact "dirt" road and on our ATV trails in our pasture. It works great. My phone stays in place. It does bounce, but I am not riding on concrete roads. However, with all the bouncing my does stay in the position I place it in at the beginning of the ride. Although I feel $30 is quite a bit, it is nice to have a phone holder that is meant to work with my popsocket.Another pro is that it comes with attachments to that you can have a great fit on to whatever bar you are trying to use it on. It even comes with a measuring tool to help you find the right attachments the first time. This will come in handy when I eventually upgrade my bike.Something to keep in mind: I have not fallen with my phone attached to the bike. I am not sure how well it would hold up if I fell. I am going to rely on my phone case to protect my phone if I were to fall.I would recommend this phone holder to anyone that has a popsocket on their phone.
